Presenting, the most advanced carbon fibre wheel able to combine extreme performance with a sporty and eye-catching look. Its extremely lightweight characteristics (40% less than equivalent alloy wheels) guarantee overall improved performance in terms of acceleration, braking and handling.
THE INNOVATIVE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The main innovation introduced by BUCCI COMPOSITES lies in the wheel manufacturing process that involves the use of high-pressure RTM technology. The optimisation of the process and the high standard of the technology used have led to considerable cost reductions, while still meeting the production rates demanded by the automotive industry.
THE HOMOLOGATION PROCESS
This wheel has undergone the most rigorous testing for non-metallic wheels according to the new TÜV standards, including simulation of the Nürburgring circuit, biaxial stress testing, radial and lateral impact testing for simulating potholes and cobblestones.
