One of the most innovative aspects of the Bucci Composites wheel lies in the manufacturing process, which uses high-pressure RTM technology (High Pressure Resin-Transfer-Moulding), with the application of exclusive patents that ensure the highest product quality.
High-pressure RTM technology is an advanced process for producing composite material components, especially used in the automotive and aerospace industries. In this process, reinforcing fibers (such as carbon fiber) are placed in a mold, and a liquid resin is injected at high pressure to impregnate the fibers and fill the mold evenly.
Once the resin has hardened, a rigid and lightweight part is obtained, strong but also very precise in shape, making it ideal for applications requiring high performance and lightness.
